What is an eSIM and how does it work?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card embedded in your phone. You install it by scanning a QR code, and it activates automatically when you reach your destination. No physical card to insert, no roaming fees, and your original SIM stays active for OTP and calls.
Will my phone support eSIM?
Most phones released after 2018 support eSIM: iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, recent Xiaomi/OPPO flagships. To check: dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
How long does it take to receive the eSIM?
Within 60 seconds after payment confirmation. The QR code appears on the order page and is also emailed to you. If you don’t see it after 5 minutes, check spam or contact us on Zalo.
Can I keep my home SIM active?
Yes. Your physical SIM stays active for incoming calls, SMS, and banking OTP. The eSIM only handles mobile data abroad. You can switch which SIM uses data in Settings.
What if my eSIM doesn’t work when I land?
First, toggle Airplane Mode on/off — this forces the phone to connect to the local carrier. If still no signal after 10 minutes, message us on Zalo with your order ID. We process refunds within 24 hours for confirmed activation issues.
How do I pay if I’m outside Vietnam?
PayOS accepts international cards (Visa/Mastercard/JCB). If your card is declined, use a virtual VND wallet via Wise/Revolut, or reach out on Zalo for alternative payment methods.

Can I get a refund?
Yes if the eSIM hasn’t been activated (QR code not scanned). For activation failures we process refunds within 24 hours after troubleshooting. Email [email protected] or Zalo us.
